Wearing Many SCRUM / Management Hats
I have been told many times that its impossible to wear multiple 'hats' and be sucessful. I completely disagree. I cannot recall a time when I haven't worn multiple hats, PM, Senior PO, Development Manager, Developer and SCRUM Master.
Try not to wear all the hat's within the same work stream and the golden rule to getting it right is that you are never self validating one role with another role for which you wear both hats!
